Are your courses accredited?

Yes, all of our courses are Nationally Accredited and Safework approved. We operate under the registered training organisation Healthcorp Training Partners.

How long does it take to get my certificate?

Following successful completion of your course, your certificate can be either emailed or posted to you. You should receive your certificate about a week after the course. A receipt will be sent at the same time.

How long is my certificate valid for?

All certificates are valid for three years except for CPR which is renewable annually.

How do I pay for my course?

You can pay directly into our business account or pay cash or cheque on the day. Credit card payments can be arranged.

Do I need to bring anything to the course?

Yes, you need to bring your Unique Student ID (USI) Number which is issued by the government (usi.gov.au). Other things you may wish to bring are a note pad & your lunch, however we do have a break for lunch where you can visit one of the local cafes.

What do I wear?

Comfortable casual clothes.
